A national consumer sweepstakes and coupon giveaway on the Easy Home Meal website and social media properties brought additional consumer engagement and participation to the March promotion. The contests were promoted across all social media platforms, increasing excitement and bringing consumers to the aisles. @EasyHomeMeals, consumers, RDs and brands chatted frozen favorites during a March Frozen Food Month Twitter Party with @ResourcefulMom on Tuesday, March 3 at 2pm EST. Engaged consumers, bloggers, RDs, brands and others tweeted about the benefits of frozen foods and shared great products, tips and recipes while using the #FrozenFoodMonth hashtag!

With a goal to educate, inform and deliver It’s Real Food…Just Frozen! messaging, NFRA and its partners developed premium content including infographics, meal planning tools, videos and more to tell the frozen food story in a shareable format.

NFRA’s team of food experts, influencers and celebrity chefs authentically connected with consumers through blog posts and recipes featuring the best of frozen foods, fueling positive conversation and driving inspiration for frozen food-based meal solutions. NFRA’s outreach now includes Retail Dietitians that reach shoppers with consumer programs and presentations in-store store with healthful frozen food messaging.
