These influential groups gather during our annual events with the purpose of bringing the industry together to work together, share ideas and discuss topics related to the group’s focus. Committees
Promotions Committee
Supports NFRA’s frozen and refrigerated promotions and helps to develop new promotional opportunities. Tasks include detailing elements of the promotional plan, developing supporting resources such as POS materials and media releases, and defining funding strategies. Works in conjunction with a network of local associations across the country to support their efforts in promoting the sales and consumption of frozen foods.
Ice Cream Committee
Supports NFRA’s ongoing ice cream promotions and helps to develop new promotional opportunities. Tasks include detailing elements of the promotional plan, developing supporting resources such as POS materials and media releases, and defining funding strategies.
Forums
Small Business Manufacturer’s Forum
Provides a forum to discuss key frozen and refrigerated dairy issues unique to small businesses. Seeks to achieve NFRA’s key objectives and offer members the opportunity to share best practices and case studies. Discuss ways to navigate the frozen and refrigerated food industry.
Ice Cream Forum
Provides a forum to discuss key issues unique to ice cream and novelty manufacturers. Discuss ways to navigate the frozen and refrigerated food industry. Gain insight from member retailers about how they view and buy the ice cream and novelty category.
Supply Chain Forum
Provides a forum to discuss key frozen and refrigerated supply chain opportunities, issues and challenges. Provides information and ideas for members to grow their business through supply chain optimization and shared industry best practices.
Private Brands Forum
Provides a forum to member companies involved with private brands with an opportunity to network and discuss key issues facing the industry and understand the trends in private brand in the industry. Shares best practices and peer-to-peer learning opportunities on how to grow private brand sales.
