Tricia Greyshock serves as President and CEO of NFRA, working closely with all departments and the Board of Directors to ensure the association’s mission is fulfilled and its long-term success secured. She oversees NFRA’s marketing, membership, meetings, and operational strategies while driving new initiatives, including the launch of the First Penguin Next Generation Leadership Program, designed to cultivate rising leaders in the frozen and refrigerated foods industry, as well as the Penguin Pitch, NFRA’s emerging brand contest spotlighting innovation and entrepreneurship in our aisles.
Tricia joined NFRA in 2019 and previously held the roles of Executive Vice President & COO and Vice President of Meetings and Industry Relations. Before NFRA, she held senior positions including VP of Association Services at a statewide nonprofit and worked in sales, new business development, global congress program management, and experiential marketing with organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Impact XM, and the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association.
She is a graduate of the Cornell Food Executive Program and earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in international business and Spanish, with a minor in economics, from Lycoming College.
Tricia has been recognized with the FORWARD Award by Frozen & Refrigerated Buyer, the TWIG Award by Progressive Grocer, and as a Shelby Report Woman of Influence for her contributions to the industry.
