Ricki Horne

Ricki Horne is the Senior Associate, Operations & Creative Services at NFRA, where she supports the organization’s daily operations and assists with administrative, event, and creative projects. She serves as a point of contact for incoming calls and communications and helps keep office processes running smoothly.

Ricki brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit management and program direction, and in her role at NFRA she provides support for events and meetings, assists with member communications, and contributes to marketing and creative tasks across digital and print channels. She works closely with staff across departments to support programs and special projects as needed.

Outside of work, Ricki enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with her partner, cats, and dogs, cooking, gardening while listening to a good podcast, and exploring new creative hobbies.
