Pat Uffner

Pat is NFRA’s Vice President of Association Services, responsible for developing and maintaining key industry relationships, managing promotional marketing programs, and directing the Association’s meeting planning activities.

Prior to joining NFRA in 2023, Pat spent 23 years with Hershey Resorts, holding roles including Resorts Sales Manager, where he worked with a diverse portfolio of clients to create customized, high-impact group experiences, and Convention Services Manager, where he successfully executed 140+ programs annually for groups ranging from 10 to 4,000 attendees.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys entertaining, outdoor sports, and spending time with his son.
