Matthew Point

Matt Point serves as NFRA’s Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations, supporting association services, marketing, and events. He helps guide organizational planning and oversees the NFRA Executive Conference and NFRA Convention. In his role, Matt works closely with NFRA’s leadership team, staff, and members to advance initiatives that strengthen NFRA’s impact, visibility, and engagement across the industry.

He is an experienced leader in corporate partnerships, fundraising, and event management, with a track record of directing national and international conferences, industry campaigns, and high-profile fundraising events—building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable impact.

Matt holds a graduate degree from Drexel University and completed his undergraduate studies at Shepherd University in West Virginia. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Wine Society and resides in Mechanicsburg with his husband and their dogs.
