When a new company or brand joins NFRA, they are assigned a "mentor": a seasoned industry executive who can help the new member "learn the ropes". Mentors are usually current or former Board members and have an intimate knowledge of how NFRA works.

The purpose of this mentoring program is to help new members grow professionally by developing a relationship with a current member of NFRA. It is an excellent opportunity for new members to ask questions from a member standpoint, receive helpful tips on how to navigate NFRA’s annual events and receive guidance on how to grow and expand their businesses through NFRA.

The NFRA Mentoring Program is a valuable resource and the first step to having a successful experience as a NFRA member.
